TomTom to Deliver Maps and Enhanced Content for ROUTE 66’s Mobile Mapping and Navigation Solutions

TomTom, the world’s leading provider of location and navigation solutions and ROUTE 66, a pioneer in mobile mapping and navigation solutions for handsets and tablets today announce a new global multi-year agreement. Under the agreement, TomTom is delivering highly accurate maps and enhanced content for ROUTE 66’s products and services. ROUTE 66 is a provider of software development kits and applications to several of the world’s top 5 mobile device manufacturers including Samsung.

ROUTE 66 is using TomTom maps, covering over 100 countries, and enhanced content such as 2D and 3D City Maps and Landmarks, Advanced City Models, Voice Maps and Urban Maps. This delivers a better turn- by- turn navigation experience for customers.
