- The basic package includes traditional calling features such as Caller ID Name & Number, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Direct Inward/Outward Dialing, and Hunting, as well as Voice Mail and Unified Messaging
- The premium package includes all the features of the basic package, plus more advanced capabilities such as Find Me/Follow Me, Incoming Call Manager, and Live Message Screening
- Both packages support several ala carte features, including Virtual Fax, Auto Attendant, Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Music On Hold, and Easy Attendant
