Arkadin Announces New Conferencing Tools with Arkadin Mobile Application, Outlook(R) Add-On and Lotus Notes(R) Add-On
Arkadin Develops One-Click Audio and Web Conferencing Productivity Tools
Arkadin (www.arkadin.com), a global provider of remote collaboration solutions including audio conferencing, web conferencing, and streaming media solutions, today announced the availability of new conferencing tools, Arkadin Mobile Application, Outlook(R) Add-On and Lotus Notes(R) Add-On. These new features make it easier than ever for business professionals to remotely collaborate – anytime, from anywhere.
Arkadin’s Mobile Application is an add-on for RIM’s BlackBerry(R) which allows customers to send calendar invites with pre-populated audio and web conference access details and access the audio conference directly from their mobile phone, without having to enter account details. In addition, Arkadin is working on developing the same type of application for iPhone™ and Windows(R) Mobile OS.
In addition, Arkadin has developed an Arkadin Add-0n for both Microsoft Outlook(R) and Lotus Notes(R) email applications. These add-ons allow Arkadin customers to send calendar invites with pre-populated audio and web conference access details directly from the integrated toolbar without having to log in.

- All the BlackBerry(R) devices with platform version 4.2 and above are supported.
- Microsoft Outlook(R) (2003 and 2007) on Windows XP/Vista are the only system requirements.
- Lotus Notes(R) is the only system requirement (version 6.5 or later)
