Reporting / Charts and Graphs Help Users View Pipelines and Opportunities – A new reporting object is available so users can display graphical reports, providing users with the more options to view and share information with colleagues, executives and customers.
Unlimited Object / Database Support Provides Scalability – The new mobile client can now support unlimited objects / databases thus allowing vast mobility options. Each database is shown as a tab at the top of the application and is scrollable to allow unlimited unique tabs.
Automatic Configuration of Custom Fields Makes Customization Fast and Affordable – Mobile Edge automatically customizes fields and provides them in the Mobile interface. This allows users to gain custom fields without the added cost or lengthy development time.
PIM Enhancements Allow Automatic Synchronization with Address Book, Calendar, and Tasks – Contacts can be automatically written and synchronized with the local address book on the smartphone thus providing support for native caller ID and GPS navigation. Events and tasks can be automatically written to the native calendar and to the task list on the native smartphone.
Easy Downloads and Installations – Click and download and be up and running in minutes, even with custom fields. Transferring of all account information to the smartphone is automatic and quick during provisioning.
